What is Collaboration
“パクパクごはん学園 (Paku Paku Gohan Gakuen)”？
We’re thrilled to announce that Miki’s Kitchen, based in Brisbane, Australia, will collaborate with HanaUta, a DP ACADEMY of the Japanese Language community by Chhaya Naik based in Mumbai, India.
DP Academy of Japanese Language was established in 2002 by Chhaya Naik Sensei in Mulund, Mumbai, with the vision of nurturing a deep and meaningful engagement with the Japanese language and culture. Over the years, it has become a warm and vibrant learning space for students across levels.
HanaUta, the blog page, is a community initiative by students of DP Academy — a space where shared curiosity, creativity, and a love for all things Japanese come together through reflections, projects, and cultural conversations.
We're excited to collaborate, as we share a common value in spreading the beauty of Japanese Culture. Our collaboration name is “パクパクごはん学園 (Paku Paku Gohan Gakuen)”, which means "Chomp Chomp Rice Academy" ー a fun and flavourful space where we can explore the stories, traditions fun facts behind Japanese Cuisine.
From 9th May to 25th May, we’ll share various content on Instagram!
At the end of the journey on 25th May (Sun), we’ll host a Zoom podcast for sharing our personal and cultural stories more deeply.
